Tim,

Yahoo does certainly have a lot more traffic particularly in regards to this company.

But what about the quality of their threads????

Most of their participants simply try to boost their own stocks by creating the wildest rumors. See for instance all the comments two days ago regarding an upgrade of AAM.

Since I am equally interested in any qualified information about the recent erratic ups and downs of AAM and the details about the deal with Capital Z Financial Services Fund II, L.P., can you personally tell me who of Yahoo's endless AAM authors you think is trustworthy?

If you have any more details regarding the timing of the deal and the procedure how the 25 Million shares will be distributed to the current shareholders at a price of $ 1.00/share , I would highly appreciate it, if you could share this with me.

Thanks!
