RSkarsten,

PanAmerican BanCorp could finance just like a regular bank or mortgage company. This would not come from their shares. Mortgage companies don't sell shares to lend you house mortgage funds. They package it just like any other money lender. You get the orders done, PanAm gets the loans done.
