Lee L, Hi there, I too sold a portion of my RAIN holdings on the last trading day of the year and now have enough tax loss carry-overs to last me for the next 4 YEARS! But, all is not so bad as I also will need these against my Roth IRA conversions which will add about 4.5K to my income for the next 4 YEARS... So this will help to have a built-in tax loss. Luckily I have already regained the loss from my much greater holdings of IOM which is finally being resurrected from the dead. It is up to over 9 1/4 this morning on over 10 Million shares! Will finally break even on it if it goes above 10, it has been a frustrating year with both RAIN and IOM. I will continue to hold RAIN for a while longer, as I do like the restaurants and the concept. Its just that their management team leaves a lot to be desired. Best Luck to us all, NPs and non- NPs alike. BTW, I talked to Dennis by phone over the holidays and he is doing fine, but was shoveling out from under an 18 inch snow fall in the Chicago area. Hang in there... Mel
