I am pleased to see this new rule. The downside for BETT shareholders, is that if BETT doesn't get its house in order and report earnings, you will not be able to trade your stock. The report did not indicate when the rule will go into effect thus there is a possibility that BETT could get caught with its pants down. I use datek, and they will not let me buy BETT. I assume they are just gearing up for the new rule. In short, Tom had better stop holding hands on the beach with that guy in Florida toasting their $.75 sales, etc. and get some work done.
