HOW ABOUT THIS FOR A PLAN

1.) PanAm gets the money from the bank or other sources
2.) PanAm is issued Convertable Prefered debentures on NHLT stock
3.) PanAm also markets POWERx and shares in profits
4.) NHLT kicks off there marketing, starts turning huge profits
5.) NHLT stock price climbs and NHLT goes back onto the NASDAQ
6.) PanAm converts the debentures to NHLT shares and makes millions
7.) PanAm stock in the process climbs because of the profits
8.) Both companies merge a couple of years down the road?
