Because they still have a little cash left over from private placements, back when they were listed on nasdaq. If they can't get more private placements, then once their cash is gone they will have no office and no address.

Well, the question of existence of the products is a good one. There have been products, but there haven't really been many sales. For the most part, the products exist in news releases, trade shows and conference calls, but not in customer locations.

This is not an absolute statement that the products don't exist, though. There was a few years ago a Panda Archistrat computer located somewhere on the univ. campus where I work. It was real. And it was one of the few that any customer ever bought.

BTW, if you are interested in some nice art for your medical office in Boca Raton, I've been told by a financial reporter who visited Crane in Panda's office that Crane had some very nice, expensive-looking stuff hanging on the walls. You could drop by or phone them up, and offer to buy it for cheap. If they are about to run out of cash the day you happen to call, you might get lucky.
