Jason & Bluesky:

MiCRUS deal was entered in late 94 to early 95.
The deal was not bad. It is a "Take it or pay it deal"
i.e. either CRUS takes a given number of wafers every
quarters or else they must pay anyways. This is what
CRUS means by underutilization. If and when revenues
keep increasing, this effect should go away. Cirent is
a similar deal like MiCRUS.

Both ventures are moving into .35u. That is a good sign.
Keep in mind that there is a learning curve with FABs and
it takes a few quarters. I do expect benefits due manufacturing
efficiency for CRUS in fiscal 98.
