TL..

Just spoke with a Robert Smith 888-559-4148..
he's the IR and in Canada not San Antonio..

10,300,000 shs...less than 500,000 in the float
There is a $4,000,000 convertible debenture out-standing
however I couldn't get a clear answer on the conversion
features of this issue..ie how much dilution we are looking
at..As far as a business plan..they seem to want to target
small to mid-sized billers across a broad spectrum ie banks,
utilities, etc..also mentioned a potential relationship
with CKFR..where as near as I understood it; they would in
effect function as a CKFR re-seller..not sure what implications
that has as to revenue sharing???

Also asked about projected 1999 revenues and was told to
expect $2.0 to $2.5 million. The company does plan to
be in compliance with the new SEC reporting requirements
to ensure ongoing BB listing or so I was told..

That's all I could get so far..

Jim in CT..holding AUD..BILL..CKFR..CYCH..INTF..PTI
