lets look at a couple of FACTS.
1. Bnez is non-reporting. You nor anybody else has any idea what they are doing expect for Mikey and Jack because they are on the board of directors.
2. If Bnez is printing shares or they are going to do another reverse split, DO YOU REALLY THINK THE SEC GIVES A DAMN, NOT,
3. Bnez could print up to 35 million if they wanted to a reverse and then print more if they want, NOW IF YOU DON'T TRUST THE MANAGEMENT AND YOU THINK THERE IS GOING TO BE ANOTHER R/S WHY DON'T YOU SELL YOUR STOCK NOW BEFORE THAT HAPPENS,
4. THE SEC DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR BNEZ ONE BIT, companies that are NON-REPORTING can do what they want, IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT BAIL
I have to admit, you have really really put yourself in a foolish stance, go back and read your post, YOUR YELLING FIRE WHEN THERE IS NO FIRE.
5. Get out your beginners investment book and read NON-REPORTING
I have never seen anyone make such a fool of themselves on SI as you are doing right now.
Maybe the company is going to do a regular split ELIO???????
