>>>As far as a business plan..they seem to want to target
small to mid-sized billers across a broad spectrum ie banks,
utilities, etc..also mentioned a potential relationship
with CKFR..where as near as I understood it; they would in
effect function as a CKFR re-seller..not sure what implications
that has as to revenue sharing???

That's the same thing I got...I asked the question about the web site where it mentions that they would take a small biller and send their bill to what ever distribution poin....Transpoint, CheckFree, Quicken a Bank etal. A middle ware service....to get the bill out to major distribution points where the consumer wants their bill presented. I mentioned CheckFree, Transpoint, NetDelivery, CyberCash...ect.ect. And got a committed but none comitted answer...on all of the above.

I also stated that I watched the press on EBPP and have seen nothing except what came out yesterday...re: a CheckFree etal. I was told that their should be more press on this as they begin their services in 1999.

Main thing I came away with is they take a medium sized biller or small biller 100 bills a month and up....and say ok.

10 of your customers want their bill by e-mail...NetDelivery, 75 want them sent to their Bank..50 CheckFree/25 Transpoint, 5 want them at the billers site CyberCash, 10 want them to Quicken/Money.

They will set the small guy up with the same distribution channel choices without the expense of creating and maintaining every one. They will do that, and then resell it to smaller billers that can't afford to do it themselves.
