voop, I access this site with my Comcast cable:http://www.aol.com/
It is definitely broadband because I get there in an instant with 400Mz PII and 500+ cable modem. At the site I pretty much get a lot of what an AOL subscriber gets but not all. I can sign up for free foe a brief period of time on Instant Messanger ( a come on I think ). But the site is nicely laid out.
I can't find much difference in any of my 4 modalities of access. This is my Falcon NW PC: Message 4711658
I can tell you though the feelings of my 17 year old son's impressions; he is a computer game fanatic going to Wharton in the fall for a 5 year double major MBA/BS Computer Sciences. To him speed is of outmost significance and so I got him his own cable connection. This is the PC I got him for Xmas ( except that it has a 25 GB Hard Drive and 500MB RAM for heavy MBA “numbers crunching" gg ).

He does not like IntExplorer; feels “it has too many things on it and slows the PC down". He uses NSCP,
