That's the spirit! I just wish I knew what everybody else seems to know, becuase point, I'm already a little to heavy with DISH as a part of my portfolio. It seems funny that the stock can fall so sharply on so little volume.

If they are looking to make a deal, it seems that the price may be getting knocked down as a reaction to the market price, which would:

(1) mean that when the deal is announced, the stock price may be below my current cost figure (not good); or
(2) DISH will want to hold off until things stabilize so they can get more for the equity piece they sell. The lack of news will drive the price lower, making them less likely to sell, etc. (not good)

I'm wondering - is this the analysis that is pushing the stock lower? Is there a hole in this reasoning (somebody, please find one!)? [Despite all this, the product is great and I can't shake the notion that the stock is a winner long term.]
