Dear Gregor:

A sense of urgency is, indeed, something we as a church (the church universal, I mean) must have. I once heard of an atheist who said that if you people (referring to Christians) really believed what is in your Bible, you would be out shouting from the rooftops on a daily basis. Those words have convicted me on more than one occasion.

Lord, I pray that your Holy Spirit would move your people to have a real sense of urgency for the lost, unsaved world. Please give us the Holy motivation to "shout from the rooftops" and to reach those that are lost. I pray for this undertaking that Gregor's church is embarked upon. I pray that you will bless it and use it for the building of your kingdom and that egos and any sense of self accomplishment will be put aside for the sole desire of winning the lost for your Kingdom. I pray that you would see to the financial needs for this undertaking and that the lost sheep will return through this "gate" that they are constructing. In the name of the Holy One I pray, amen.
