Well now, this certainly looks interesting. No details announced - will look forward to the details of this acquisition. It seems that AHS must have seen something in Avalon and its kiosks that it intends to use as the basis for whatever it has planned in the near future. I liked this little section of the release: The current management and employees of Avalon will be offered positions with AHS. AHS is in discussions with a leading U.S. investment banking firm concerning business growth, capitalization and business plan implementation. Anyone with any thoughts? Offie
