Could you explain the SAR indicator?

Also what makes you think it could fall to below $10 which is where it should be? Nothing would make me happier. I've got a lot at stake.I never had a larger position on any one stock except INTC. My biggest fear is that someone will buy them out and it'll shoot back up.
