Look at the CEO's reputation and track record that I mentioned several months ago. This guy cannot be trusted. He has already squandered investors money to the tune of 90% loss in just about a year. He is unable to release a 10Q and or financials. Just a matter of time before the SEC shuts this guy down for good. The new OTC-BB reporting requirements are put in place for one reason, to help curb scam operations and protect investors money Correct me if I am wrong of course.
