1% of 7.5 million shares is 75000 if my math holds up. 75000 share float in this issue???? Insiders hold the other 7.425 million shares?? Why is this a public company? This is a private company with a couple of scattered shareholders holding a total of 75000 shares if that is actually true. No wonder they were able to "manage" this price upwards for a month last year after the simultaneous name change, transfer agent change, convenient cancellation of previous business arrangements, and stock split, etc. If true then there is a 99% chance that the sellers the last few days are insiders??? or could it be possible that the few public shareholders that hold only 75k shares don't believe in the new format? This one needs some answers to maintain this high market cap unless they are going to go into the internet business!!! Say maybe they could announce a new internet site offering their services to the paying waste oil public market and make the stock do some more tricks! waiting for answers sks1
