I guess Brain dead is a fairly accurate description of the thread. Hopefully, Centigram will start to show some signs of life in the near future, and the ice may thaw.

I am new to SI and this is the second chat thread where I have encountered a person like Hussein who seems to be stepping out of bounds. What is the normal procedure for dealing with these people. Should we ignore them or alert SI?
