Given that the Unita rebels have now hit another mine, as I said earlier, it may not be random.....but then part of what strategy? The only thing I can think of is that if they hit the mines they will cut off one source of government funding for the war effort....that, and embarass the government or make them look weak. I don't know...it's still not making much sense to me...but it IS happening. Ugghh
