first you say to watch the promtions like the past ! Well the last press release justifies this increase with high volume too. Also you look at their past in revenues, ... we are now looking at the future like most penny stocks !!! If the past would have been great, then it would NOT be a penny stock ... its on its way out of the "penny stock" category !
