Some light reading for everyone:

clarity.net

Amazon has been making this run for about a year. I was looking at some of the older bubbles for hints as to rhythms of human psychology in these things. This has a couple of good charts. Looks like around a year or so is the normal envelope for this degree of insanity.

Have to admit things kind of got away from me today and I looked a little too late at what had happened. Some LEAPS on Amazon look pretty good, but it's too late to get them today.

Is there any possibility that bankers and brokers will be bankrupted by what they let their customers do, and be unable to pay off if some people make a lot of money on puts?
