Cymer makes the DUV light source.

This is a component of the steppers or step and scanners made by CANNY, ASMLF, Nikon, SVGI and UTEK (Formerly ISI).

The steppers shine the laser's DUV light through Masks / reticles produced for chipmakers by DPMI, PLAB and MASK.

ETEC sells equipment to mask makers that they use to make MASKs which in turn are used to pattern wafers.
