Mr. PREFSTOCK,

It has come to my attention that on other threads people are asking questions about what possible competition that SNMM might pose for WINR. So, without further ado, here is the way I see it as pertains to SNMM, AIEE, CRYP,GGNC,GLCCF ( I have grouped all these togetther as they appear to basically produce the same type of product package).

SNMM...ETAL: As best as I can tell all of these entities offer similar types of on-line gambling packages that are not to dissimilar, in many ways, from TISS (you know the group we have under contract and are processing wagers for). They all seem to offer a pre-packaged on-line casino to entrepenuers for a hefty fee and a hefty cut of the house take. Now this package also happens to include a "secure" processing package of credit cards, just like TISS used to offer. Problem is while it may be internet "secure" it is not necessarily consumer friendly, but rather, inherently provider friendly. That is, the banking structure is usually local, and the payout (float) is usually very slow to the consumer. Also, you have to register at each site....ad nauseum. SNMM is the only one I found that is actually structuring a "similar" system to WINR's. It was presented in a press release dated December 17 as having formed another company in Australia under the name ..EFS (Electronic financial systems) Australia PTY Ltd......what follows is a direct quote from the press release..."EFS Australia has been established to further expand Starnets global electronic transaction processing network. The EFS Australia subsidiary will utilize Starnets proprietary STAR-MX encryption and processing technologies which will allow for complete security for financial transactions conducted via the internet. EFS Australia will act as an international currency converter and secure internet transaction gateway to financial institutions"....Now thats more like it!!! Problem is they are just getting started while WINR's system has been in place since late August, in what I consider a safer banking haven. What you are starting to see in action is the old adage...."Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery"... Hey, did ya think others weren't going to realize what a good idea WINR's had. Fortunately we have the jump.

WINR: The biggest difference between these particular entities and WINR is that IN NO WAY, FASHION, OR FORM IS WINR FINACIALLY TIED TO THE CASINO OTHER THAN THE TRANSACTION FEE. In other words, they have no financial stake in the casino, ONLY in making sure that your transactions get accounted for as QUICKLY as possible( 24-48 hours....many of the others can take up to 2 weeks and cost plenty depending on method you choose for payout) at however many casinos they end up processing. This is why WINR's has touted itself as the gamblers (consumers) site, because it is in effect acting as the middleman (BANK) for the individual gambler (consumer), and assuring those transactions. All of these others have large stakes in the actual casinos, and, therefore a large stake in seeing to it that they get your money quickly, but not necessarily back to you in a timely or cost effective fashion. There will be plenty of copycats popping up! Get used to it, but WINR is still the only system that is out there representing the individual gambler and internet consumer, and his financial well being, instead of the casinos. As for the copy cats like I said in my last post....A lot of hard work, a lot of luck, and good management will keep us where we are now...way ahead of the pack!

Best Wishes,
Swedelo
