How can the float be as small as many say it is when the sum of the volume in the past week to ten days equals the public float?

Can it be said the float turns over 100% every two weeks or less? Why? There's no money in it.

Or can it be said the daytraders/MM's are regularly flip stock on a daily basis? Again, not a lot of money in it.

Am I missing something? Would appreciate your opinion/explanation or anyone else's.
