Why not submit this matter to Gilman (Ariad) or Wilson? They certainly have the best insight in this. I've the impression that the discussion here is up to now pure speculation. Dr Niman seems in this the specialist and is in my view the favourite one for these contacts. I'm very interested in what he will report. best regards and thanks, Martin
