One thing Elio is right about regardless of how he yells it is that the numbers do not add up.
The major shareholders on this thread have essentially all the "known" float if they are telling the truth.
In one form or another dilution is occuring. I suspect that the company would do almost anything rather than "print shares" to raise money at these prices. I more suspect it is someone who has been paid with shares that is selling.
But you never know. I'll bet the lawsuit is not cheap. And I also bet the big advertising campaign mentioned is not cheap either. We can only hope that Jack & Mikey have the long term interests of the company in mind, even if they are "printing shares". Companies sell shares in the open market to raise capital all the time, usually though people get told about it.
Is management doing the best they can for BNEZ or scamming us for a few quick $? I think they'd much rather have a successfull company than be known as sleasy scammers. They seem far too smart to take the low road.
Bought more today, but I'm done buying until the AOL suit is resolved. Nice even 50,000 shares that I'm willing to consider a total loss in exchange for enough potential profit to buy the condominium I'm renting.
I wish they would just LOSE and get it over with, I'll bet the profits if we win are going to go to the lawyers anyway.
