Anthony, regarding NITE, pulled this from EDGAR. Form was filed 7/08/98

Each of the Company, its directors and officers and certain other
stockholders has agreed that it will not offer, sell, contract to sell, announce its intention to sell, pledge or otherwise dispose of, directly or indirectly, or file with the SEC a registration statement under the Securities Act relating to, any additional shares of the Class A Common Stock or securities convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for any shares of the Class A Common Stock without the prior written consent of BancAmerica Robertson Stephens for a period of 180 days after the date of this Prospectus.

If I read this correctly, NITE's officers are eligible as of tommorrow to file 144's to sell their shares. They hold about 42m shares with only 10 million outstanding.

Would you expect to see 144's filed soon?
