How is this possible? CAPR has been a textbook case of how reverse-splits typically play out. Pre-split price of 25-cents per share, post-split down to 15-cents per share for a pre-split value of 1.5-cents per share. My bet is that if another such "consolidation" were to be considered, the resident hypesters would once again shamelessly try to convince you that it's a good idea. Happy New Year. HT
