Regarding the numbers? I'll soon have a response to your claims. I've got two problems right now: a) The need for research in order to adequately respond (remember, I've stated several times times I'm better with words than with numbers); and, b) My softball team is in the playoffs tonight, so I'm out of the loop.
In the meanwhile, if anyone else wants to take a stab at the Drifter/JT downspin on the numbers, go for it.
But I do leave now with a parting reminder it is only Drifter and JT's interpretation as to how operating expenses are expended. We clearly know neither of you are likely to provide a positive description for this. The history of your posting suggests you'd each much prefer to heap accusations against Pat Hayton, rather than prudently acknowledge reality costs associated with building and promoting ZuluGroup.com's business plan, costs inherent to merging new entities, the all of legal and SEC work required to provide a proper accounting, etc. Plus, you each seem to have a limo fetish! (LOL)
Hey Drifter, how much do you make an hour? Are you expensive? Would Zulu be paying top dollar if you were hired? JT, you probably don't see your hourly wage as very cheap either, do ya? I'll forever find it interesting to calculate the time taken to attempt to destroy Zulu, matched against the time of your respective hourly wages.
Me? It's a wash--I don't make much anyway, since I live what's essentially a countercultured free-lance musician-type existence. So my time is predicated on the fact of my investment (which, by the way, neither of you, being uninvested in either company, share) and my own sense of self-determination.
In closing, once again, I'll respond to the numbers challenge tomorrow when I'm afforded more time for analysis and after doing some research. |
