Okay we are agreed that this company is technically bankrupt. What about the fact that in the last 3 years they have made zero progress ? They had exactly the same story 3 years ago that they have now. What are they waiting for...real bankruptcy to set in ? By the way there are juniors out there that are not technically bankrupt. Also some juniors that are technically bankrupt actually do go REALLY bankrupt.
