Marc, thanks for reminding us of that press release and of the
upcoming stockholder's meeting. I suspect we should be getting
the F1996 annual report in the mail in the next few weeks prior to
the meeting.

On the PC Week "no comment" issue, all I can say is that GWRX must
have initiated the article with PC Week before talking to PTEC.
That's very positive to me. It means that GWRX sees PTEC as
a MAJOR partner in their future. PTEC is very conservative and
probably would have liked to wait until the products were shipping
in Japan this quarter before releasing the article.

Although GWRX is still relatively small, major companies such
as Toshiba, Nokia and Novell have made investments in their
company. GWRX has similar revenues as PICO group and similar
market cap as ALL of PTEC! Since PICO is only 14% of PTEC now,
you can bet that PTEC has an incredible underlying business in PICO
if Toshiba, Nokia and the other shareholders in GWRX are even
partially correct in their valuation of GWRX. Of course, GWRX
is only one of dozens of major alliances that PICO has made in
rapidly emerging growth markets. Read all the recent press releases!

Can you imagine what would happen to PTEC stock if they actually
did a decent job of telling their story to Wall Street? No hype, just
the truth. People would be kicking themselves in the butt for not
buying more PTEC when they had a chance.
