I think we will get some buying opportunities in 99. IMHO, the big thing to watch for is the break over 10,000. I think there are some psychological factors that will affect investors at this point. Like the one I have heard a great deal,

Investor: "10,000. Boy that is high. I am going to sell once we get over 10,000.

Lars: Why?

Investor: "Because that is a large number."

Lars (to himself): Huh?????

I am not joking about this either.

I am hoping Mr. Market will generous. I have adjusted the portfolio like last year when the Dow went to 9000s the first time.
