I had a question answered here the other day and think this is a great site. Now my sister wants me to ask a question for her because she is too cheap to join SI and cannot ask it herself.

She uses AOL. Three times this week, the arrow goes behind the window and can't be seen. The mouse still works but she can't see the arrow.
She guesses where she is and moves the mouse around and eventually gets to log off. Does any other AOL user have this problem? And what to do about it.

Since I don't have AOL, I hope I presented this so you folks can understand it. Thank you.
