I wouldn't rule out the value of Syquest shares just yet. Many
companies have gone bankrupt and emerged out of Ch-11 just fine.
We will see the stock trade again...possibly under the new symbol
SYQTQ and on the BB:OTC. Depending on their ability to obtain
additional financing or merge with another company will determine
the value of our shares. IMI may be a suitor in which SYQT, as
a shell, can bring them public. Too much doom and gloom here! As
a shareholder of 6k, I am concerned as any but will continue to
support a positive conclusion....if one doesn't surface...I have
nothing more to lose by hoping. Look at BOSTQ (Boston Market) as
an example of what can happen. This company filed chap.11 and
still was able to trade up to 250% higher after the stock had been depressed to .50. Not trying to give anyone false hopes...just
hope period.

Good luck to us all in '99
