I have participated in most of Amazon's conference calls and know of no silver bullet that will help them beyond what is in the major analysts reports and what has been discussed on this thread. Tom D is typical of the current thinking of investors who continue to push the stock up: "They must have a brilliant vision that we can't possibly know about or understand because some smarter, richer investors are OBVIOUSLY the ones causing it to move up. Wrong. All you have to do is look at the ticker action to see that the small investor is driving the stock up. This stock is part great execution on a basic sharp business plan (I give that 30%) and part (70%) a bloated over weighting of the importance of early entry into the market.

Amazon is within ten days of some correction, IMO. It will be down at least 30% from today's level by this summer.
