I spoke to Bill Wason yesterday. He said that earnings will be out within 2 weeks (2nd and 3rd quarter). Internal Dyno testing about completed. External dyno test results will be available in February. The will meeting with Skoda and that famous Hungrian company that we keep hearing about. The hope that they can sign a deal for Pulse technology by the end of the 1st quarter or 2nd quarter.

Baat is currently signing distributors for the SuperBAAT. They are still test marketing. They hope to sign a retailer to carry the product soon. Once the do this, they will spend the advertising dollars. Once a retailer is signed, they expect to get as much as 8 times more sales than the are currently getting.

The "Rhino" is going to be produced soon. They are waiting for government approval for some type of permission to manufacture. Once this is done the can sell in Canada, USA and Mexico. The expect to be profitable within the 1st 6 months of 1999. Both plants are operational. They are currently producing 7 cars per week.

Southern States (Baat subsidiary) is going public. Company is waiting for permission from SEC to begin trading. There as been a strong demand by investors. Southern States has a 40% stake in the Mexican venture. Green Global Cars has the another 40% stake. BAAT owns 95% of Green Global Cars and will own 40% of Southern States once the initial public offering is completed. Proceeds from sale will remain with Southern States.

Battery plant in India is still in the R&D stage. They hope to be producing electrical batteries by March. These batteries could be used for telecommunications, automobiles, and other applications. They expect to have significant revenue stream by mid-1999.

Electrical bikes are on their way. I believe there will be a press release on Friday. Press release may be on Southern States, I'm not sure.

Baat expects to be profitable by mid-1999. New products will be coming out in 1999.

I've always said that Baat's future is in 1999. I think we were all spoiled last year and over reacted to the Lockhead/Skoda agreement. By the way, Lockheed is still playing match maker with BAAT.

Bottom line is if Baat signs contracts and generates revenues, the stock will go up. Time will tell.

P.S.

Alaska, where are you?
