I ordered and subsequently reviewed the investor package from MTS. Is the story compelling? I guess the answer is I have started purchasing stock.

As far as the annual report, brochures, and propaganda from the broker, Stuart, Coleman & Co., I only saw one negative item. From the company description by SC, they write under 'NEW CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES' "MTS expects to invest several millions in establishing the service (LCR) in 1999. It intends to raise this money via private placement and not to use MTS reserve funds."

Sounds like either dilution of shares or debt will be forthcoming.
