AMZN is the tulip of the internet. But I am sick and tired of watching the tulips bloom while I watch from the sidelines. So I did what I never thought I would do, bought a tulip, just a very small one. Tulips bloom nicely and then shrink up and get ugly, so you have to cut their heads off. I have no doubt this will happen to AMZN, nor do I have any doubt that I will not be able to get out when the panic comes. No problem, I don't have enough to worry about. It is just a placebo while waiting for AOL to finish its consolidation. On a different topic, did you see that this morning's market selloff is being attributed to Cohen's trimming her stock portfolio? She trimmed it from 73% to 71%! Give me a break! May I never listen to an analyst on anything, they have only lost money for me.
