Robert, "If TSIG then becomes listed on NASDAQ, will I then be able to buy $200,000 worth of stock on margin if I wish?" I advise you completely against margin buying. If the market turns on you, and you don't you the money to cover your margin, your account gets liquidated thus not giving you the option from having to recoup when the market goes up again.
