Joe:Yes I have seen this before,but just more red tape and the Co.'s will do their own thing at their own speed anyway,so I'm not putting to much creedance into it yet.NRPI just amazes me with the MM taking it down on no volume.I think we need a daytraders spike!!I have been in and out of this thing forever.I always hold a core position for the day it takes off and dosen't come down and it will happen.Just burns my butt to see the .34 range on some volume and then back to .20 on crap!!Other than that it has been a good day!!Ha This stock is always a moneymaker at least twice a year.
