News release to come out today re: treatment centre and delisting. I talked to Mr. Kramer this afternoon and he explained that the company has asked to delist from the VSE for two reasons:

- expense of maintaining two markets
- perception of U.S. investors and brokers that VSE is corrupt

Stock has shown some signs of a heartbeat the last couple of days. Maybe there's hope for us yet :-}
