I have asked Jack about that, and he explained all of the legal ramifications of being on the Board, each person that is on the board is liable to the company and the shareholders of the company for decisions that they make, if the company goes bottom up, the board of directors are held liable. also, I don't live in ABQ and can't afford to fly there all the time so I told Jack and Mikey that I didn't want to pursue it. There is alot of legal papers involved that you have to sign, and then you have to report whenever you buy or sell stock etc, and it is 144 stock also. mitchell
