Peacelover, I want to respond to your post in a constructive way about the settlement

<Don't count on AOL settling. They would rather spend millions fighting this case than settle because they do not want to set precedent>

This is really the opposite. AOL can settle out of court, and have the entire file closed so no one can see any of it, no depositions, no interogatories, nothing, IF they went to court and lost, then they would be setting a precendent that they don't want, then all of our filings will be on display for other companies to see and use also. What they would do is come out with a statement like

" We have settled the lawsuit with BNEZ because of the cost of the litagation, be accept no blame for the terrible misunderstanding in the quoting process of the stock for BNEZ and wish them well in the future "

that will be it
