peacelover, As far as myself is concerned, unless Mitchell keep fighting, the case is close. Until the Co. issue a statement I think they had a 504 for one million dollars which means about 7.000.000 new shares in the float. Once they all on the street we will be trading at about 0.12/0.14. Also after June, many more millions of restricted shares will be in the street. For last the 35.000.000 authorized shares won't last (with these prices) much longer and I can feel another RS coming in our way. AGAIN, THIS IS OVER I DON'T WANT TO FIGHT ANY LONGER UNLESS SOMEBODY PROVOQUE ME. Elio
