This is a tough group. I exposed PR a month or so ago, at about 9. It is now about 15. I kept saying (and still say) that this stock is going to really rock in the next few months. Lots of inside buying, like the president buying over 400K shares in November, and it is in a HOT market...wireless. They do business as Cellular One. Remember Airtouch?? Lots of people, today, want wireless; they want wireless products, and they want to buy wireless companies. Also, PR was one of the original companies to field Portico, GMGC's product. (Notice: GMGC has been very popular recently.) Also, PR has been offering internet access through an arrangement with an ISP.
IMO, this stock is poised to explode in the next month or so. But, like I said, this is a tough group. I've said this for over a month, and, judging by the volume, nobody has listened. But, that's OK. I bought Feb 10 calls for about 1.25, and they are now about 5, so I can laugh all the way to the bank.
