I agree with you with one exception.

#3. the spread will be much tighter

This is not necessarily true and depends on the market makers. Needham is the lead underwiter and MM for ASYT which is a NASDAQ stock. I have seen this stock trade on a 2 point spread at $20. I hope CSGI will have a tighter spread but it is not a guarantee. I think the MMs can effectively screw around with NASDAQ issues, though it is more noticeable and they have to do it in a more refined way.
