we were laughing at it.
My bet, right here right now, is that AOL will settle out of court before FEB 1st.
After that the company will announce dates for filings and the cloud will be lifted off our heads, also, depending on what kind on damages with receive and compensation, there could be a possible 1 time dividend to shareholders, as we are one that lost money of our net worth on the share price because of the AOL blunder.
remember, this is only my opinion, but I have researched it probably more than anyone and I say they aren't going to take anymore chances, they are just waiting it out to the last minute or they are waiting to see who will make the first offer, and you know dam well with Mikey staring them down, we won't breath first.
