Maakamil: I put both of these in the same category. Both NAVR and DBCC will benefit only from the IPO in my view and I would not hold much beyond that date, or until such time as the IPOs have both cooled off. I have an internal target of about 25-27 on this one by the time the IPO comes out. It is too hard to try and formulate any price valuation on stocks that should be trading in the $3 range. It is all hype and supply/demand.....little more. Trade well. TJ
