Any attorneys or investment people on the thread who could enlighten us as to exactly what comes next. What process is used to determine valuations to be used? What other issues have to be dealt with during this "interim" period? I am pretty much a novice when it comes to these types of affairs, so hope there is someone here who can enlighten us. Offie
