Mitchell,

are you talking about more shares in the float after June?
My pleasure!!!!!

To buy the new company, last year BNEZ issued millions of shares.
Those shares must be restricted for one year. Means before the end of 1999 the owners will sell them in the open Market.
How many millions the company issued to pay for the company? Only they know this.

My count will be as follow:
Jack: 4.500.000 shares.
Shareholders: 4.000.000
New Company: (restricted) 10.000.000.
Dr Clark, employees etc., etc. (restricted) 5.000.000
Mickey from BNEZ (NO IDEA).

Why Jack 4.500.000?
Because a PR claiming he was going to buy $400.000 in shares when the price was about 0.12 and the conversion of 1.000.000 preferred stocks into common shares at a rate of 1.3 common for each preferred.

So my own personal account is 25.000.000 shares issued so far.

Elio
